Proof of income is required, showing earnings of at least three times the monthly rent through bank statements, paychecks, or an employment letter. Once your application is submitted, you’ll need to wait for approval. After that, your move-in date should be pretty immediate. The application process usually takes between 24 to 72 hours. For special units or circumstances, we offer same-day move-ins.

The deposit amount depends on the apartment you choose, as well as your credit and rental history.
